Membership Agreement for the Prosperous Practice Academy

By checking the box and submitting payment, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1.  The Membership Period commences on the payment date, extends for 12 months, and is automatically renewed unless a 30-day notice is received.
2.  The Member agrees to pay the special membership fee of $2,717 in total for the 12-month program
3. No Refund Period:
   Onboarding, implementing, and results take time, commitment, and focus. The Member acknowledges and agrees to engage and implement to achieve results and that no refunds will be issued during the first 90 days of the Membership Term.
4.  Cancellation Policy:
   After the initial 90 days, the Member may request to cancel their membership. However, no refunds will be provided for the initial 90 days of the Membership Term.
5. Notice of Cancellation:
   To cancel the membership after the initial 90 days, the Member must provide written notice to [email protected] at least 30 days in advance.
6. Non-Transferable:
   Memberships are non-transferable, and fees are non-transferable or refundable(in the initial 90 days), even if the Member chooses not to utilize the membership.
7. Termination of Membership: The organization reserves the right to terminate a membership for violating the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
