I transitioned from a career as an ICU critical care nurse into chiropractic and built success from the ground up. That background in critical care gave me something most business coaches don’t have — the ability to see the whole system, identify what is actually broken, and know exactly where to intervene.

I developed the communication frameworks, retention and referral strategies, and result-producing systems that transformed not just my own practice but the practices of chiropractors around the world.

I have been recognized twice as Chiropractor of the Year. I co-founded and serve as President of the League of Chiropractic Women. I speak on international stages. I have coached doctors across the globe.
