Halfway Through 2026: This Is Your Turning Point
May 21, 2026
I want to be honest with you.
The first part of this year has been full in ways I did not entirely plan for. Our family has walked through some real moments, the kind that slow you down and make you pay attention.
Health challenges that reminded us how fragile and precious life truly is. And in the middle of all of it, new life. Two new grandbabies who brought joy into a season that needed it desperately.
That is just how life works sometimes, is it not?
Grief and gratitude arriving in the same breath. Hard news and beautiful news showing up in the same season. And through all of it, the thing I kept coming back to was this: purpose is not something you pursue when life gets calm. It is what sustains you when everything else feels uncertain.
Staying connected to why you do what you do, and staying close to the people you love, is not a luxury. It is a foundation. Everything else gets built on top of it.
I would not have navigated this season without clarity about my calling, or without the family, friends, and clients who fuel my passion for service and are the threads that weave through the beauty of my life. That kind of grounding is irreplaceable.
A Plan Changes Everything
We are heading into another Texas summer, and if you know, you know. But I will tell you this: we are walking into the second half of this year with a plan. And that matters more than most people realize.
A plan brings momentum. It brings peace. And it creates results in every area of life.
There is a particular kind of peace that does not come from having everything figured out. It comes from knowing you have a direction, a structure, and people in your corner who believe in what you are building.
That peace is available to you too.
Stop for Just a Moment
Halfway through 2026.
Let that sink in.
You have made it through five months of showing up, adjusting, pushing forward, and doing the real work of building a practice and a life that actually reflects who you are.
That deserves to be acknowledged, not rushed past.
And right now, before the second half of the year takes off, is one of the most powerful windows of the entire year. Not to hustle harder. Not to pile on more goals.
To assess. To get honest. To get clear.
Four Questions Worth Sitting With This Week
Here is what I invite you to reflect on:
What is working, and working well? What feels strong in your practice, your rhythm, your leadership?
What is not working, or has quietly stopped feeling right?
What are you still doing out of habit, obligation, or fear rather than true alignment?
What is effective but draining? What is enjoyable but not moving you forward?
These distinctions matter more than most chiropractors realize. Because the second half of your year does not have to be a grind to have momentum, it does not have to be exhausting to be meaningful.
The second half of the year gets to be designed.
Drifting Is a Choice
After more than two decades in this profession, both in practice and in coaching, I know this to be true: drifting is a choice, even when it does not feel like one. Letting life happen to you is a posture you can change.
Clarity is essential. When you know who you are, who you are becoming, and what you truly want, the decisions get easier. The path gets cleaner. The noise gets quieter.
When you have the right structure, your vision stops leaking out of your week. Your thoughts, your actions, your beliefs have a chance to become real results.
And when you have someone in your corner who genuinely knows this work and believes in you, it changes what feels possible.
That is not a fantasy. It is what I have watched happen, again and again, when doctors stop navigating alone.
This Is an Invitation
The second half of 2026 is not just a calendar reset.
It is an invitation.
To lead from your future self, not from exhaustion or drift. To build systems that carry your vision instead of draining your energy. To finish this year as the woman you chose to become, not simply the one the year happened to.
You still have time. You have more runway than you think. And the very fact that you are reading this tells me something important about you.
You are not done. You are just getting started.
One Question to Carry With You
More details are coming soon about how I am supporting doctors through exactly this season. But today, I simply wanted to check in, remind you that mid-year is not a failure point, it is a turning point, and ask you this:
What do you want the second half of this year to feel like?
Hold that answer close. It matters more than you know.
If you are ready to stop hitting the same ceiling and start creating real growth in the second half of 2026, with structure, support, and momentum that actually sticks, I want to personally invite you to The Elevated Practice Intensive. This is the room where clarity meets strategy, and where the vision you have been carrying finally gets a plan behind it. Watch your inbox.
